These acids have been known to lower levels of bad cholesterol and increase the level of good cholesterol.

Take these suggestions and try to replace a lot of the food you eat with them. In a matter of time, you will see that your cholesterol and triglyceride levels will greatly decrease. You don't have to feel like you are giving up a lot to become healthier. You will still feel very satisfied and feel great because of your improved health.
